Fan Article: Top 5 ENHYPEN B-Sides That You Should Add To Your Playlist

ENHYPEN Official

ENHYPEN has tried different genres over the short span of their career. It was hard to narrow the best B-sides down to five, but these are the best songs for people new to ENHYPEN or those who want something new to add to their playlists

1. ‘Not For Sale’

If refreshing were a song, it would be ‘Not For Sale.’ ‘Not For Sale’ is a bright breath of fresh air that captures a pop youth concept. The song highlights the vocals of each member perfectly. This song can brighten the mood on anyone’s dimmest day. ‘Not For Sale’ is a cute song about love not being something you can sell; love isn’t a material thing. The adorable lyrics, captivating choreography, and R&B elements are why ‘Not For Sale’ should be on your playlist.

2. ‘Upper Side Dreamin”

As retro songs become the craze in K-Pop, ‘Upper Side Dreamin” couldn’t have come at a better time. ‘Upper Side Dreamin” brings together the perfect medley of Retro and Hip-Hop elements. The only thing keeping ‘Upper Side Dreamin” from being number one, it’s how good number one is.

3. ‘Mixed Up’

‘Mixed Up’ comes from ENHYPEN’s second mini-album, “Border: Carnival”. ‘Mixed Up’ has a rough rock vibe incorporated with Hip-Hop components. The lyrics themselves portray the members as they transition from trainees to idols. They sing about rumors and hate they have received and how they wished, just for one moment, that the world would be quiet. ‘Mixed Up’ made number three on this list because the arrangement of the track is quite genius; The bridge of the song breaks down and conveys the angst and roughness of the lyrics perfectly.

4. ‘Go Big or Go Home’

Coming from their third mini-album, ‘Go Big or Go Home’ is the perfect track to pump you up. ‘Go Big or Go Home’ is a rare dance track that’s rarely heard in K-Pop in the current years. Dance tracks like this have faded out in the recent generation of K-Pop but have been slowly making a comeback, and ‘Go Big Or Go Home’ is the perfect song to welcome it back to K-Pop. ‘Go Big Or Go Home’ is about viewing life as a gamble and wanting to win everything in the end; It’s an “all or nothing” type of mindset that ENHYPEN conveys through the amusing dance tune.

5. ’10 Months’

’10 Months’ is one of ENHYPEN’s earlier songs deriving from their debut mini-album, “Border: Day One.” ’10 Months’ is an adorable, up-tempo track about puppy love, in contrast to the darkness of the title track, ‘Given-Taken.’ ’10 Months’ is on this list as number five because it is a hidden gem in ENHYPEN’s discography. Few people know or talk about ’10 Months’ when discussing ENHYPEN’s music. ’10 Months’ is the refreshing boy group song we all need in our playlists!
