Can you introduce yourself? Where are you from?

Hello, I go by SIGAmericas. I am from Chile, living in the USA.

 

Who is your favorite Korean actor/actress? And how and when did you become a fan?

My favorite artist is Seo InGuk. I have been a fan from a very long time, it all started with “Master’s Sun.” I was instantly attracted by his acting, singing voice, the fighting scenes and how handsome and cool he is in that drama.

 

What are the reasons why you love your favorite actor?

After watching Master’s Sun, I started watching his previous works and behind the scenes videos. I was blown away by how versatile he is, and how credible his characters are.
How delighted I was to found out that he has a funny/lovely personality, and he is also humble and a gentleman towards the cast and staff in general. I mustered courage to create a social media account to follow him, now I have multiple accounts all dedicated to him and I am happily supporting and cheering for him in every way I can.

 

Can you recommend dramas or movies starring your favorite actor for new fans?

Seo InGuk has a variety of dramas and he has done 3 movies so far, all of them are very very good, so it’s hard to choose. Actually, it all depends on your mood and likes. He has a bit of almost everything under his sleeve, but if you are a newbie, I will go for these ones, here are some recommendations:
1. “Master’s Sun”
2. “Doom At Your Service”
3. “Squad 38”
4. “Hello Monster”
5. “Shopping King Louie”
6. “Cafe Minamdang”
And movies, will be these two:
1. “No Breathing”
2. “Pipeline”
But if you are brave at heart and want to see Seo InGuk as a dangerous criminal, go for: “Project Wolf Hunting.”

 

Do you have an all-time favorite scene? Can you describe it or share a video?

Oh yes, for me, it’s the “Master’s Sun” fighting scene, episode 5, where Seo InGuk plays Kang Woo, who is waiting near the building for Gong HyoJin (Tae GongJil) to walk home together, Kang Woo protects her from some hoodlums, showing cool moves and even a wall round kick.

 

What was your favorite answer given by your favorite actor in an interview?

Seo InGuk’s honesty and humbleness shine through all his interviews. My favorite answer from him is not really an answer but the way he lives his life. Seo InGuk is a hardworking person, who pushes forward regardless of the obstacles and smiles and laughs widely even while going through difficult times. He keeps on moving forward and doing what he loves and likes with a full heart.

 

What is your favorite actor’s influence on your daily life or yourself?

Since I got to know about Seo InGuk, my life has changed in a way that I have never expected. My days are brighter and happier, even the ones that are hard to go through. Because of him, I am living my life more honestly, enjoying the small blessings and working hard, while doing the things that I love. I am also learning Korean.
