Former Members Of BLACK6IX, MVP, & SPECTRUM To Re-Debut As TRY

TRY's Official Instagram

Last year in 2023, the group’s official SNS such as X and Instagram officially uploaded their logo and group name as TRY on December 15th, 2023. Shortly afterwards, more official uploads were posted to promote the pre-debut group and re-introduce the members to the general public and their current fanbases. The TRY members uploaded both solo posts and group posts together. One member, Ziki, even uploaded a separate teaser image similar to the concept photos to promote the group and used the caption ‘Retro’. This made many netizens look into the new teaser itself, coming across the new group page, TRY

TRY stands for “Trend is Remind of You”. This name signals the birth of another upcoming 5th generation boy group, and consists of members from former groups. Prior to becoming members of TRY, they participated in promotional activities on SNS such as YouTube vlogging.

Throughout the creation of these announcements and SNS pages, a lot of fans couldn’t help but point out the familiar faces, and their bias’ from former groups such as SPECTRUM, MVP, BLACK6IX, and I-REX.
