I fall, I rise: Thatโs our motto, and ArGIANTina STAYS stands stronger than ever to bring Stray Kids home. In the world of K-pop, every fandom has its own essence, but being a STAY is something truly unique. We don’t just follow Stray Kids for their music; we are a family united by a shared dream: to see our boys on the Argentine stage. Through our passion and dedication, weโve shown that when we come together, we can reach unimaginable heights, and no goal is too lofty to achieve.
Even when hope seemed to fade on November 18th, when the flyer for Stray Kids’ Latin American world tour was released without Argentina on the map, we Argentina STAYS chose not to sit idly by or give up. Thus began the mobilizations that stormed social media, took to the streets, and captured the attention of our country’s media.
That day,ย the Argentine fandom immediately showed its strength and unity. Each of us joined the cause, convinced that if there’s one thing that defines this community, it’s our ability to mobilize. What began as a outcry on social media quickly became a massive campaign where every STAY made it clear that Argentina has a loyal, dedicated K-pop audience ready to welcome Stray Kids. We united in a single shout: We want Stray Kids in Argentina!
Dominating social media:ย #SKZenArgentina
The strategy was clear and effective. Social media was flooded with messages, photos, videos, and every possible form of expressing our plea. The hashtags #SKZenArgentina and #ArgentinaDWT along with DominATE world tour en argentina 2025 and the motto HAY PรBLICO, QUEREMOS FECHA ๐ฆ๐ท became a sort of digital banner for Argentine STAYS.ย Weโve kept ourselves trending for weeks, surpassing 200k posts using our hashtags, DOMINATING our national trendings and even reached the global trending topics.
STRAY KIDS AND STAY ARGENTINA ON TV
The media quickly took note of what was happening. Shows like Bendita TV and others important channel news on Argentine television covered the STAYs’ mobilization, giving it even greater visibility.
A STAY made a live appearance on one of the most famous news channels in the country, CRรNICA, also asking for Stray Kids to come to Argentina.
Argentine Celebrities and Musicians Also Raising Their Voices for Stray Kids
Public figures from the music and television worlds didn’t hesitate to support the cause. TV hosts such as รngel de Brito and Beto Casella joined the movement, mentioning the campaign and the hashtag #SKZenArgentina on their respective shows. Beto Casella even appeared at the first gathering to ask for Stray Kids in the Barrio Chino, the epicenter of K-pop in Buenos Aires.
Likewise, Argentine musicians like Rusher King and Rolando Bruno (who appeared in the poster for HAN’s solo song ‘Hold My Hand,’ which will be released on Stray Kids’ upcoming album ‘HOP’ on December 13th) also joined the call for Stray Kids to come to Argentina.
Ivan Hyung, a reality
One of the most iconic moments came from Ivรกn de Pineda, who had the opportunity to meet and interview Hyunjin at a VERSACE fashion show. He recently shared with a fan that he took a photo with him, which is still in his gallery (and has not been published yet), and that he is aware of STAY ARGENTINA’s request for Stray Kids to come to Argentina, he even asked the fan: “So, what do you think, will Stray Kids come to Argentina?” then when the fan replied, he did it back saying “Hmm,ย we’ll have to see”.ย It’s publicly known that Hyunjin greatly appreciates Ivรกn for being very kind to him and also that Ivรกn told him to visit Argentina. Hyunjin said that he wants to do so.
The Argentine fanbase of Stray Kids, along with STAYS from the country, also appeared on a live streaming called OLGA, where they shared details about the nationwide movement we are doing.
