Before his official solo debut, Yoo Chanwook would make seemingly his first apperance on the popular series ‘HighSchool Rapper’ season 3 which would also feature Choi Jinho, Kim Hojin, Go JoonSeo, Jin Soomin, Kang Hyunjoon, Jung Jiwoong, Kang Minsoo, Kim Daewon, Lee Jinwoo, Seo Minkyu, Yoo SeungHo, Choi Jinsung, Kim Hyodong, Jo Jinyoung, Jo Namhyuk and many others. Throughout the show itself and similarly to previous seasons, the contestants would face different challenges, team and solo battles, wildcard challenge and more. Although BE’O wouldn’t make the final top rankings, he would gain popularity and begin to grow a steady fanbase, and would finally see the attention of the public and Korean hip hop fans alike due to his appearance on Show Me The Money 10 as an contestant thanks to songs like ‘Counting Stars’, heartfelt lyrics, self producing abilities and his unique charms. He eventually ended up getting 3rd place on the show, with lots of memorable stages and performances showcasing his ever growing skills both on stage and off stage, interacting with the audience and leaving fans wanting more. 

I became a fan of BE’O during this time and due to another artist I like (Winner’s Mino) showing support for BE’O and even featuring in the well popular and fan beloved track ‘Limousine’. It wouldn’t be to long before he would begin releasing more music and getting more features, growing his impressive track record and discography within the music scene itself, within this time BE’O would promote and tease his upcoming 1st mini album [ FIVE 5SENSES ] that he would be offering signed copies for that could only be ordered through his Instagram stories which I was able to pre order!. Since noticing he recently hit an pretty impressive and important milestone on Instagram including officially being a fan for four years so far, I wanted to promote him a little and share some of my top 5 favourite songs and features!.
