BDC (Boys Da Capo) (비디씨) was a 3 member trio consisting of the members Sihun, Seongjun and Junghwan. They debuted on September 23rd 2020 with the EP [ The Intersection: Belief ] underneath BrandNew Music and would go on to release the beloved tracks; Shoot the moon, Moon light, Moon Rider, Moon Walker, Remember Me, Thunder (Urr) (Peak Time Track/Performance), Blue Sky, Chemical and I’ll be a star to name a few. Back in 2023 I had written an article promoting the trio, my favourite tracks and performances and more facts about them in [ Why The Trio BDC Should Be Your New Favourite ], in this article we talked about their experience on Peak Time and how new fans found the group because of it.
Sadly however BDC would part ways with the company and have a fan meeting even in Korea and Japan in 2023 before parting ways, since the members would focus on solo activities and while some would take some time off to rest, BDC’s Hong Seongjun who was the lead vocalist and lead dancer of the trio would announce that he will be enlisting in military.
Over on his Youtube ‘Hong Seongjun’, he would release a guide audio for BDC’s song and beloved fan track ‘Rest’. The song itself is the second last release BDC would officially publish before their disbandment (they would release Funny How Things… Single and Nostalgia in 2023)
Seongjun was releasing vlog episodes on Youtube for his trip in Japan, covers, and a behind the scenes of BDC’s of their fan meeting, the guide audio for BDC’s song ‘Rest’ is his newest upload since releasing a special clip for ‘Fine‘. Check out both videos below.
Seongjun, stay healthy during your service and come back soon!
