Hoshi and Woozi gear up for their unit debut with newest teasers.

Seventeen (세븐틴) who is known for their large member self producing group underneath Pledis Entertainment has come along ways since debuting back in 2015 with their first mini album [ 17 Carat ]. Since getting their first win on a major music show with the well beloved song ‘Pretty U’, they would accomplish their first successful world tour with Diamond Age in 2017. Seventeen has accomplished some pretty amazing tasks and achievements as artists, from their third full album [ An Ode ] selling 700,000 copies in their first week to the best K-Pop album of the year by BillBoard, there is countless things to be proud of both in group achievements, solo debuts and promotional activities to unit debuts. 

Its often a common conversation between K-Pop fans no matter what fandom you are apart of, its always fun to come up with combinations of what you think something would be like, either an upcoming album concept or solo / unit concept. For Seventeen fans and throughout these types of conversations, there always seems to be a new combination or idea due to the volume of the thirteen member boy group, paired with different nationalties and various tastes, there is always something unique to offer. 

In one of the latest announcements by both Pledis and Seventeen, fans would be overjoyed when it came to the announcement of the beloved unit’s official debut. Consisting of both Kwon Soon Young (Hoshi) who is Seventeen’s Performance Team Leader, Main Dancer, Lead Vocalist and Sub Rapper and Lee Jihoon (Woozi) who is the Vocal Team Leader, Lead Vocalist and Main Producer within the group. It actually wouldn’t be the first time the unit has made a song together, in a special unit song together on the album Teen,age they would release ‘Bring It’ which would consist of the iconic phase ‘Have you heard of the Hoshi Woozi Combo?’ and ‘If you haven’t, Ay Woozi tell em right now’. 

In the latest article by Maeil Bussiness NewsPaper Korea Site, would be one of the many places to announce the units newest special unit ahead of its launch on March 10th. Within the article itself, the writer Geum Bitna, would share the 1st single album schedular. From Reels to on going photo releases, the official release is said to be released on 2025.03.10 at 6pm KST (Korean Standard Time).
