Originally entering the music and entertainment scene with different appearances ranging from past companies, audition shows like “Produce X 101,” “Boys24” (The show that formed IN2IT), “Show Me The Money 7,” “World Klass,” and even “Next Generation Star” (a Chinese audition music show), the JWiiver members later auditioned to be part of JTG Entertainment company, which later formed them as JTG boys on July 21, 2020.

Throughout this time, the members was, slowly and one by one, introduced to the public and fans from August 29, 2020 to November 28, 2020, before it was announced in May that JTG Entertainment had merged with STARWEAVE Entertainment, and only four of the announced members remained moved into STARWEAVE.

The members was later reintroduced to fans, and new SNS accounts were created. GaBin.K later confirmed the change of his stage name to GaBin at this time, before the members officially debuted on February 17, 2022 with their 4-track mini-album “Jtrap,” which had the following tracks: ‘Jtrap’ (Title Track), ‘Made for You’, ‘My Destiny’ and ‘Blue Fire’.

The MV for ‘Jtrap’ even gained an impressive milestone of 916K views, since being released 1 year ago. This is an impressive feat for any rookie artist within the industry from a small industry. Many fans within the comments even stated admiration for the production value, transitions and more, from the MV – praising the small company for the MV and the hard work of the members.

Sadly, however, after the official and first MV dropped, they had very few promotions for the song, and members themselves had the fans suspect their disbandment for a while. There were even fan made videos questioning what happened to the group and why some have either deleted their SNS, or have decided to take a break from the internet altogether to focus on other things. Some members left different updates throughout the year on how they are, and more.

In January of 2024 however, Raots (Ren YuChen), who is the lead vocalist of the group, took to his Instagram story during an “AMA” (“Ask Me Anything”) or Q&A session with fans on his Instagram to unfortunately  confirm the news.
