Kim RaeHwan (known as from20) is a former member of the group BIGSTAR from Brave Entertainment. Sine his early days as an idol, the soloist has since founded The Faker Club, alongside IMFACT’s UngJae (known professionally as Hello Gloom), and another individual named SulJu. He has described his position within The Faker Club as an artist, songwriter and video director.
Kim RaeHwan made his debut as a soloist underneath the new name “from20” on March 28, 2021 with the single album “20, still greedy for juicy, I’m kissing this 20,” which featured the 2 following tracks: ‘from20’ & ‘Cigarettes & You’.
It didn’t take long before the artist followed up with other singles such as ‘RADIO (WILL SING OUR SONG)’, ‘TMI’, ‘Because it will be faster for you to forget me than me loving you’, ‘F**k You’, the EP “20” (which contained 5 tracks), ‘WEOL’, ‘Chemical’, and ‘Bad Revenge’. His most recent comeback was ‘James Dean’ (Ready 4 the Highway Ver.) (feat. UngJae of IMFACT).
You might recognize from20 as before he spent time in the military. He previously appeared on “The Unit,” (a show similar to “Peak Time”, that also featured other idols within the industry). He attended auditions with 3 of the original 5 BIGSTAR members: FeelDog (Oh GwangSuk), SungHak, and Jude (Kim DongHyun). He was appointed as the leader of Team Unit B Yellow for the first mission, where his team got third place, before individually ranking 14th for episode 4 and 5. When he performed ‘Monster’ by EXO for the second mission, he got a total of 160 votes from the audience before placing third place in his team. Later, Team Orange got first place!
Currently, from20 is currently booked and busy with The Faker Club. What is the The Faker Club?
from20 and fans have stated in either Instagram live streams or via videos, that from20 considers The Faker Club to “Be a group of artists who come and go without any restrictions in various forms of art. (including but not limited to): music, fashion and video. They ask questions in their own way and share answers to busy modern people in rapidly changing societies.”
This can be proven and shown with various campaigns that TFC (The Faker Club) have done throughout the years, showcasing their own ideas and questions.
The Faker Club is also known for their eye catching and questioning campaigns such as:
