Previously reported by the South Korean news site Korea Joong Ang Daily which reports and gives notice of different news, activities, and entertainment industry articles would post an article at the start of 2024. Stating that Shownu’s Entertainment Agency ‘StarShip’ would confirm Shownu’s appearance and official musical debut in the musical ‘Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812’.
The musical itself currently due to run from March 26th 2024 to June 16th at the Universal Arts Center where fans can see a different version of Shownu and his acting abilities throughout the musical. Last year, fans of Monsta X and Shownu (lovingly known as ‘Monbebe’) would also see Shownu be the first within the group to be in a sub unit and actively promote their music. (Alongside his member Hyungwon, they would release the 5 track EP: The Unseen. Which featured a variety of r&b and melodic focused tracks such as: Love Me A Little (Title Track), Love Therapy, Roll with Me, Play Me and Slow Dance) back in July of 2023.

Known for being the main dancer and vocalist within Monsta X, Shownu has garnered many eyes from both fans and the general public for his body portions and visuals. These factors often make the artist stand out within the crowd.
