TIOT announces letter and fan etiquette notice to fans since joining weverse

Formerly known and recognized as RedStart Boys, TIOT Time is Our Turn (티아이오티) who originally gained attention for their pre debut album [ Frame the blueprint: Prelude to Possibilities ] they would gain attention for the remake of Click-B’s song ‘Undefatable’ with the title track ‘Unbeatable’. While the track would gain praise from netizens, the members would achieve impressive feats as artists: RedStart Boys 1st Fan Meeting: This Time is our turn, TIOT announced as part of lineup for 2024 CassCool Festival, First Japan Concert [ Blueprint ], releasing their first single [ Find the Way ] which would later be the same name for the groups first fan con (fan concert). The fan concert itself showing impressive interest within the group and the groups incredible talents on stage and both the fans and public interest within the group, including announcing the new and youngest member Shin Yechan to fans would join them for their debut mini album [ Kick Start ].

Since then the group has seen a lot of positive attention towards their talent, music and the members themselves, eventually opening up a fan platform alongside the popular website ‘b.stage’, where numerous Korean artist has since been opening their own version of fan cafes. It wouldn’t be long however until the official weverse account on X (Twitter) would announce that the rookie group would officially be joining the popular platform yesterday (July 14th 2024) through their most recent announcement. 

As the group members would become more active upon the platform itself, the staff of TIOT’s weverse would announce to fans in the newest notices about how to properly send letters and fan gifts to the members including the newest notice about proper fan etiquettes regarding public spaces (airports, music show broadcastings, recording the members) and more.

We would like to express our gratitude to all the fans who have shown great interest and love for TIOT. To ensure that any fan letters you send are not lost, please kindly review the address and guidelines provided below before sending.

1. Please note that the provided address is for a mailbox service, and in-person visits are prohibited.
2. Please make sure to include the mailbox number and the recipient’s name when sending items.
3. For items other than postal mail, any boxes larger than 41cm in width, 31cm in length, and 28cm in height will be returned. Please take note of this.
4. In case of incurred EMS customs fees or cash-on-delivery charges, the items will be returned. Please be aware of this.
5. Fragile glass items and perishable food are not allowed.
6. Please avoid including any extra notes on the outside or inside of the package, except for the address and recipient’s name.
7.Please understand that we do not provide separate responses for inquiries related to letter and package collection.

We sincerely thank all the fans who send their love and support to TIOT. To ensure the safety of both TIOT and our fans, we are providing guidance regarding fan tickets. Kindly adhere to these instructions carefully.
1. Schedule Arrival/ Departure Etiquette: 
– Excessive physical contact with the artist is prohibited.
– Actions such as blocking or closely approaching the artist’s route (vehicle) during arrivals/departures, rushing towards them, etc., can lead to accidents that pose risks not only to the artists but also to fellow fans.
– Letters and gifts are received through mailboxes. During schedule events involving fan staff, letters can only be handed to the fan staff. Direct delivery to the artist is not possible.

2. Restricted Access to Private Spaces: Visiting artist’s personal spaces including the vicinity of buildings and parking areas near their commutes, agency, practice rooms, accommodations, shops, schools, etc., and waiting at cafes or restaurants with the intention of interacting, walking alongside during movement, and delivering letters/gifts is not allowed. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

3. Prohibited Access to Private and Non-Public Schedules:
– For public schedules such as participatory broadcasts, fan signings, and other events, separate participation guidelines will be announced through the official community.
– Please avoid attending any unofficial schedules or events that are not explicitly listed in the provided schedule.

4. Unauthorized personnel are not allowed in restricted areas. – Locations such as artist waiting rooms and parking areas within the premises of public broadcasts and event venues are designated for the use of TIOT members and staffs. Access to these areas is prohibited for other individuals.

Your understanding and cooperation in refraining from visiting these spaces is greatly appreciated.

5. No Photography in Restricted Areas.- Photography, video recording, recording audio, and live streaming are prohibited in places where filming is prohibited, including public broadcasts with designated fan sections. If such activities are detected, equipment may be confiscated, data deleted and individuals could be escorted out .
– Capturing photos or recordings in restricted filming areas like broadcasting stations could directly harm artists and fan clubs. Please make sure to be aware of these regulations to prevent any negative consequences.
6. Airport Etiquette. – Visting the airport using information obtained through improper means for domestic or international departures and arrivals, as well traveling on the same flight, is strictly prohibited. 
– Photography is not allowed in restricted airport areas (such as security checkpoints, lounges, duty free shops, gates, security zones, baggage claims areas, etc) and attempts to capture photos or videos onboard the aircraft are prohibited. – Any attempts or actions that disrupt the movement of artists and airport users through illegal means for the purpose of photographing or recording artists are strictly prohibited.
