On November 1st, 2023 for an episode of “Show Champion”, SEVENTEEN would gain their first official music show win for their newest title track ‘God of Music’. The track itself can be found on the group’s 11th mini album “SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN” the album was officially released on October 23rd, 2023 with the following tracks: ‘SOS’ (Prod. Marshmello), ‘God of Music’ (Title Track), ‘Diamond Days’, ‘Back 2 Back’, ‘Monster’, ‘Yawn’, ‘Headliner’, and ‘God of Music’ (Instrumental)

SEVENTEEN originally came into the Korean Music Pop Scene (K-Pop) with their debut song ‘Adore U’ and their first mini album “17 Carat” on May 26th, 2015. Going viral within the Korean Pop Music Scene with songs like, ‘Clap’, ‘Don’t Wanna Cry’, ‘Hot’, ‘Left and Right’ and more. Their ability to adapt to trends and dig into various music genres makes SEVENTEEN the first K-Pop group to many fans, introducing them to the genre.

1. ‘PinWheel’

‘PinWheel’ is the 8th track on SEVENTEEN ‘s 2nd Album “TEEN,AGE” amongst 13 total tracks on the album. The album was released on November 6th 2017. 

 

2. ‘Still Lonely’

‘Still Lonely’ is actually a song featured on the following two albums; SEVENTEEN 1st Album “First LOVE&LETTER” which was released on April 25th, 2016 and “Love&Letter” repackage album which was released shortly after as an album with a total of 15 tracks on July 4th 2016.

 

3. ‘Q&A’ (Feat. Ailee)

According to the official MV ‘Q&A’ by 1TheK, the song Q&A states; “Q&A is a song about the common but delicate feelings between a man and woman underneath the concept of questions and answers that touches the heart of the public easily with simple lyrics and trendy melodies.”

Q&A was released a single on December 4th 2015. 

 

4. ‘Without You’

SEVENTEEN would release their 2nd album “TEEN,AGE”. The track ‘Without You’ would be featured as the third track on the album. Many stating the track itself includes Soft Ballads, Soft EDM, Korean Dance, and even Indie elements within the song itself. The song brings an odd familiar comfort to fans. 

5. ‘Drift Away’ (14:36)

Apart of Dingo and their Dingo Music Series, SEVENTEEN would attend as the next guest. Performing popular fan and self favorites of their discography. Paired with their own raw unedited vocals and just the cast having fun, it’s obvious why this performance that was released back in 2022 was a fan favorite and comfort for many. 

Previously, ‘Drift Away’ was featured on the repackaged and normal 1st album “FIRST LOVE&LETTER” as the 6th overall track on the album. It was released on April 25th 2016. 

 

6. ‘Silent Boarding Gate’ by Jun (Solo Song)

Wen JunHui also referred to as Moon JunHwi (his Korean Name), is the Lead Dancer and sub-vocalist within the group SEVENTEEN as well as being a member of the Performance Team. 

On February 14th, 2021, Jun would release the soft and calming ‘Silent Boarding Gate’. The song itself contains lyrics in Mandarin. And is his first single album as a soloist. 

 

7. ‘Beautiful’

Featured on SEVENTEEN  3rd Mini Album “Going Seventeen” as the first track, the song is often mentioned by CARATs and Cubics alike as their favorite comfort song or mentioned to those individuals going through a hard time and needing a pickup. Paired with the cute and fun choreography, it will definitely steal your heart! 

 

8. ‘Chuck’

‘Chuck’ is the first song featured on Seventeen’s 1st album “FIRST LOVE&LETTER” album, the song was officially released on April 25th 2016!

 

9. ‘Power of Love’ (Korean VER)

Originally released on a single by the same name, ‘Power of Love’ is released on the Japanese single on November 29th, 2021 with two other tracks; ‘Home’ (Japanese VER) and ‘Snap Shoot’ (Japanese VER). 

For those looking for comfort and fighting throughout the winter time, or into indie-ballad and calming tracks, ‘Power of Love’ (Korean VER) is a must listen to for fans of the genre. Even the rappers within the group show off their vocalist abilities within this song. 

 

10. ‘Is It Still Beautiful?’ (OST for “Hospital PlayList”) 

Released as apart of the popular South Korean Drama “Hospital Playlist” Season 2 SoundTrack, SEVENTEEN would surprise fans by releasing ‘Is It Still Beautiful?” on August 13, 2021!

 

11. ‘2 Minus 1’ (Vernon x Joshua Duet)

The track itself is actually featured and is one of SEVENTEEN’s few ‘Bonus Tracks’. The song is the last song on the 9th mini album “Attacca”, a popular fan favourite album amongst fans due to songs like; ‘To You’, ‘Rock With You’ (Title Track)’, ‘Crush’ and ‘Imperfect Love’. The album was officially released on October 22nd, 2021. 

‘2 Minus 1’ consists of fellow SEVENTEEN members Vernon and Joshua. 

 

12. ‘Hey Buddy’

Not only is this a popular B-side amongst the fandom, but there have been small handfuls that have stated the intro to ‘Hey Buddy’ and their other song ‘Chuck’ during this performance is oddly similar

‘Hey Buddy’ is the third track on the 6-track EP “Semicolon”. The album was released on October 19th, 2020. 

 

13. ‘Let Me Hear You Say’ and ‘SnapShoot’

The last tracks on our list (but definitely not the last) are SEVENTEEN’s ‘Let Me Hear You Say’ and ‘SnapShoot’. 

SEVENTEEN released ‘Let Me Hear You Say’ as the 4th track on their 3rd album “An Ode”. An album that also featured popular hits; ‘HIT’, ‘Lie Again’ and ‘Fear’. Amongst the album, they also released popular fan favorites, ‘Network Love’, ‘Second Life’ ‘Back it Up’, and notably ‘Snap Shoot’. The album was released on September 16th, 2019.
