VICTON’s Lee Sejun signs with new company

Originally beginning his career with the then seven member boy group VICTON (빅톤) in 2016, VICTON would debut with an EP of the same name; Voice To New World. The EP itself contained the dual title tracks ‘I’m Fine’ and ‘What Time is it Now?’. As they would begin their career they would grow a steady and loyal fanbase known as ‘Alice’, they would become known for beautiful music show stages, impressive and unique visuals within their members, charm, loveable personalities and their wide range of talents. These days, VICTON is known for their songs What I said, Nostalgic Night, MayDay, Stupid O Clock, Howling, Virus, Time of Sorrow, Flip a Coin and more.

During his time in the group, Lim Sejun would become known for being the lead vocalist, visual and face of the group. As his career would grow, he would become known to fans for his actor roles, his love for video games, self composing and self writing the song ‘Before You Sleep’, while later creating an Instagram account to showcase his photography works. His love and talent in photography would allow him to offer photo classes on the popular Korean site ‘WonderWall’. 

Lim Sejun would originally announce to be deployed to the military band since entering the army through the training centre in June last year where he would receive basic military training and would later continue his career within entertainment, music and acting going into 2025. To begin his new path since leaving his previous agency, Lim Sejun would archive older posts on his official Instagram before changing his profile picture, not to long after this the artist would be announced that he has since signed with WAY Better for the next chapter in his life. 

WAY BETTER is a company co founded by IMFACT’s Na Ungjae and BigStar’s Raehwan (who currently promote underneath the stage names: Hello Gloom (Ungjae) and from20 (Raehwan). Since the announcement, both co founders have shared new profile images on their SNS (social media) accounts to welcome the new artist. Check out the new profile and posts below!
